Refund Policy

Mungwi Solutions is committed to delivering quality credit repair services. Our refund policy is as follows:

3-Day Cancellation

As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you may cancel your service agreement within three (3) business days of signing for a full refund.

E-Book

Due to the digital nature of the E-Book product, all sales are final once the E-Book has been delivered to your email.

Dispute Services

For the 3-Month Dispute and Complete Automation plans, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If no disputes have been filed, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative fees.
