By using the services provided by Mungwi Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Mungwi Solutions provides credit analysis, dispute filing, and credit education services. We act on your behalf to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on your credit reports with the three major credit bureaus.

Payment

All services are offered at flat-fee pricing with no recurring monthly charges. Payment is due at the time of enrollment. All prices are listed on our Pricing page.

No Guarantees

While we have a strong track record of success, credit repair results vary by individual. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, score increases, or item removals.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain your MyScoreIQ account during the service period, and respond promptly to any requests for additional documentation.

Support

Mungwi Solutions is a credit services organization. We do not remove accurate, current and verifiable information from your credit report. No specific score increase, deletion, funding amount, approval or timeline is guaranteed. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information with the credit bureaus yourself at no cost. You may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation within three business days of signing.

Product names and logos shown are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the credit bureaus. We may receive compensation when you open an account with one of the credit-building or monitoring services shown.
